Blue Cheese Salad Wedge

What is a salad wedge? – you may ask…

Simply put, it is a wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with tons of yummy goodness!

Some fancy steakhouses serve these, and they are my absolute favorite.

Mostly because they are topped with chunky blue cheese dressing….

You can use a little…

Or a lot… {hey, it’s light dressing, don’t judge…}

Crumbled bacon, fresh tomatoes, chunks of fresh blue cheese, and a little freshly cracked pepper… party in my mouth!

Not to mention how pretty it looks!

These are super easy and cheap salads to put together for a dinner party. Your guests will be impressed, and you will be loving the times saved.

Best get out your fork and knife and dig-in!
